I think it would be either cool to do a shared gathering leves with a friend, that if your friend is higher levelled and you're lower levelled. Or the same. You can contribute to a pool of what's needed to be gathered to complete the levequest.
But if that seems a bit much. Another one could be Gathering Fates in certain zones that contributes to exp and to populate the zones.
