Custom Linkpearl or ?

I just think linkshell should be able to make their own custom pearl like color it make there own shape etc etc just an idea.

Well this been bothering me since XI didn't really care until now but I think linkshells shouldn't be able to have the same pearl it kind of confuses people dont you think?. Like if someone has all purple then another ls has purple it kind of makes the ls feel copied so they go and change their pearl until they find one that no one has decided to use? Im pretty sure some people agree and disagree with this.
