(PvP) PLD Abilitiy "Confiteor" Not Applying Healing Against Damage Reflects

In PvP modes, the Paladin ability "Confiteor" has an Additional Effect: Afflicts Target with Sacred Claim. Sacred Claim Effect: Restores HP when successfully landing an attack on targets under this effect. Cure Potency: 3,000.

When attempting to apply this to either a Samurai under the effects of Chiten (a damage reflect ability) or a Gunbreaker under the effects of Nebula (another damage reflect ability), the Paladin will not receive any Cure or healing from them at all.

2. Attack the target.
3. Receive no healing.
