I recently resubscribed. I can't get direct chat to work despite clicking the box and clicking apply. Actually I can't get chat to work at all. It's still using hotkeys. It used to work fine. I can't figure it out.

Okay it turns out the old keyboard I used with the PS4 doesn't pair well with the PS5. Figured it out.
