UI Improvements

Since we're getting more QoL stuff recently I thought it would be nice if some work could get put into the chat box. I prefer to have as little as possible in terms of UI (I also use macros to toggle off most when I'm not in battle), but some things are just not possible, especially on PS5 or are just impractical.

An auto collapsing chat box like in Guild Wars 2 would be a great addition. That way I still know when something is going on without having to toggle it back on every now and again or use notification sounds. Or even better, give chat bubbles.

I also noticed that during dialogue you can press square to toggle the UI off as well but the second the speaker changes the UI appears again which makes that feature redundant. So additionally I'd love to see an option in the menu where when you talk to an NPC the UI just vanishes completely like it already does in cutscenes.

And on a similar note, why can't we hide job gauges outside of combat? I can make them smaller or look simpler but they're always there. I don't need to see them when I'm not fighting and you cannot even reduce the visibility.

On PC I usually don't mind, but when I'm playing on console everything needs to be bigger since I'm further away from the telly and then all these (unneeded) elements become a bit of an issue.
