I would like to know when you get Main Quests and Class Quests.:p
main quests happen a lot, not sure the exact ranks, maybe 1,4,8,10,15,20,24,30,34,38,42,46
Class Quests are currently 20, 30 and 36
Although, its super easy to get to rank 20 in any class, if you know the right places/how to fight it can be accomplished in less than a day easy, sometimes as little as 1 hour.

Maybe this will help you although some ranks in some classes are not listed yet. But take a reference from other classes to see what rank is the next quest. And post 20 I always look at Uldah to see main scenario quests.
