I'm really sorry to hear that it appears that you've be experiencing issues with Final Fantasy XIV: Online.
We would like to ask for the following information to get a better idea of the issue:
- Error messages (If any):
- Type of connection (wired or wireless):
- Has this been a long on-going issue or has this only been occurring very recently:
- Frequency at which error occurs (If this occurs during specific hours, please provide the date(s), time and timezone): (Depending on the time this occurred this may have been due to the scheduled maintenance scheduled on Oct. 30, 2023 11:00 p.m. to Oct. 31, 2023 3:00 a.m. (PDT) the announcement can be seen here: https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...7435c437a1bc58)
