[dev1035] Suggestion for a third targeting mode

*With the Option to rebind the Target mode Cycle to something that isn't Up/Down!*

Losing the ability to target party members from a list is unacceptable for me. On the other hand, targeting modes can be useful for other reasons (targeting only enemies in clustered groups, or other specific targets not in the party). This is the best of both worlds. Allows you to toggle targeting modes, and still cycle through members with Up/Down.

Best way to go about it imo.

Please do it this way. Let us rebind our keys however we want...

For gamepads, a combination of two buttons to change targeting mode should do! Not just up and down, but the [auto-run] + up or down button for example.

I'm in complete agreement with this! I target myself and fellow party members much more than I seek to change targeting modes.

This seems like such an obvious solution, I'm surprised it isn't the one proposed by the devs. :s

Its hard to cram all the keys needed on the gamepad, and they have to keep the Ps3 in the back of their minds. Even if they for some reason don't think they can allow this to be rebinded.. a one-way toggle with the 'Up' key, and 'Down' continuing to cycle through party members would also be better than their proposed solutions.

The main idea here is: We shouldn't have to chose one or the other when both is easily possible.
