Why are you complaining about this? This doesn't happen under normal circumstances, it only happens if you try to sit IMMEDIATELY after unsheathing your weapon. This doesn't affect anyone negatively.

Hey, I hate removing fun things from the game too. Unless the "fix" is officially adding this to the game via a cool new emote.
