Missing Legacy Title in Acquired Titles

Steps:
1. Opening my Achievements menu showing Legacy achievements I have earned/acquired and they show as being obtained/claimed.
2. Opening my Acquired Titles menu under Character and being unable to see the Title at all.
3. Checked my loadstone achievements to verify

I've submitted the bug report before in game over the years without any luck and wanted to finally try posting in the forms. I would greatly appreciate it if this could possibly be fixed. As this means a lot to me and is pretty sentimental. Thank you for your time and hard work.
