Explorer Mode - Requests

I love Explorer mode, and I think it's one of the best recent additions to the game. I have two requests for the devs for expanding upon it though, and I hope other players will agree.

Please add Explorer mode to the Alliance raids! Some of those areas are so beautiful and have so much detail that's impossible to see during normal play, not to mention they would be great sites for gposes. I really want to get to look around the Ivalice raids, and there's so much detail in the Myths locations - please let us go in using Explorer mode.

Secondly, it would be great if there was an option to show different environments for dungeons (and raids) where the arena changes, such as Dead Ends. Being able to go look at the final area of Dead Ends before the final boss fight instead of what it looks like after would be really nice. Again, it would be great to get to see all of the details and work that was put into those areas in Explorer mode, since it's basically impossible to do with other players in roulettes. (There is the option of Duty Support, but that comes with its own complications.)

Please comment if you agree with either of these, and let's let the devs know that we want to see these options in the future.

Yes please! I need to have that area at the end of Thaleia for gpose! :D With both of the different sky effects!

I honestly don't know why they haven't enabled explorer mode for alliance raids or even just trials/normal raids. There may not be a whole lot in those but I thought one of the major appeals of explorer mode was for screenshots/gposing. Some of those arenas are so lovely, you can't tell me no one wanted to take screenshots in the Dancing Plague. But yes, we should have at least alliance raids, they are essentially large scale dungeons after all.

Absolutely yes - we need every single instance in the game available in explorer mode.

I'll be honest, I didn't even know explorer mode was a thing! Going to check it out now!

My extra special christmas wish is: In most dungeons there's a lot of like fake pathways to give the impression it's not just a corridor, I'd love it if they let you go just a few steps further down them and little photo/gpose ops with some nice lighting and a bit of set dressing. Maybe even a separate sightseeing log for explorer mode.

Would absolutely love to poke around the alliance raid areas for gposing and exploring the scenery.

Would be awesome, literally no downside to having this enabled for all arenas. Hell, make it every single instance, you can pop into... For 24-man raids, there's probably some kind of hardcoded requirement for 3 parties to be present.

Isn't the Alliance Raid stages accessible already without the need of queueing for something? I know NieR raids had that, but I didn't check for Myths of the Realm.

Regardless, I agree with the Explorer mode being expanded for everything. Also 8 man raids and Trials, because some of those stages are really beautiful.
