Blood Weapon UI error... tooltip is placed into status effect while synced.

Steps:
1. Activate Blood Weapon while synced in instance. I saw it in Qarn so replicated it there.
2. Read buff to see the level 66 trait "Enhanced Blackblood" listed in the tooltip.
3. This also happens on Warrior with Thrill of Battle while synced.
