Earlier today I reported a player who was harassing our team in Crystalline Conflict across multiple matches by spamming the quick chat. My report was seen and acted on within the hour. I really appreciate the quick response from the support staff and wanted to say thank you to GM Zhanimetus for taking my report seriously and resolving the problem.
