Characters not rocking side to side on Albino Karakul Mount anymore

Steps:
1. Summoned albino karakul mount on character Synnove Graves. Noticed the character was no longer rocking slightly side to side.
2. Summoned albino karakul mount on second character, Baz'tien Pitch to compare. Same issue.
3. Had another player on Mateus also summon albino karakul mount. They noticed the same issue on their end. They are on PS5.
