Can't click on scrollbars in the Edit Plate window

When using the Edit Plate window for editing adventurer plates, there seems to be a section where scroll bars of dropdown menus can't be clicked.

Steps:

1. Character > Adventurer Plate > Edit Plate Design.
2. Open a drowdown menu near the bottom of the Edit Plate window (e.g. Plate Frame options or Accent options).
