Gamepad labels in PC UI?

I had a glitch that scrambled my UI a bit ( Lost some bars, minimap, ground target control), I corrected them, but still have LB and RB labels in the UI, with appear to be gamepad related. (I've never had a gamepad)
I turned off gamepad mode (no help), defaulted settings (still have the problem), and loaded my config backup. I still have the labels. How do I make them go away?

FIXED: Restored configuration from a PC backup I fortunately made a few days ago.
