Housing auto-demolition timer not resetting?

Steps:
1. Entered the house after getting the email about the auto-demolition. (I'm the owner)
2. Got a message like "The owner entered the house, demolition timer reset"
3. Checked the menu Duties -> Timers - Estate tab: "Scheduled House Demolition - An estate is scheduled for immediate demolition"
4. Clicked on it, it says "Preparing shared estate (2) demolition" 11 days.
5. Waited one real time day
6. Entered the house again
7. Interacted with furniture
8. Interacted with summoning bell
9. Checked the Duties -> Timers menu - Estate tab: "Scheduled House Demolition - An estate is scheduled for immediate demolition"
10. Clicked on it, it says "Preparing shared estate (2) demolition" 10 days.


Is there a way to reset the timer?

Are you tenant in another estate which might be up for demolition?

Yes, thank you so much for the advice! One of my friend didn't receive the email about the auto-demolition and visited the house after my message. The timer is now gone.

The auto-demolition mail usually only triggers on day 10 or fewer, while the in-game notification shows up at about day 15. It's also possible that your friend will still get the email, although the timer has already been reset.
