I did not receive the gil for an item sold by the retainer

I did not receive the gil for an item sold by the retainer. I sold general-purpose pure white dye for 368,600p and was reflected in retainer's sale history. However, my available gil is still same as before I sold the dye, which is 207,133p (in the attached image link).

I already reported the bug in-game but did not receive any response as of yet. Is there an ongoing issue/ bug? Either I need those gil or get back my dye.

Tbh I'm confused because you have a sales history of multiple items...have you not been collecting the gil from your retainer this whole time? If you haven't, you'll find that they are carrying more than just the 368k you're looking for.
