1. Go to your Grand Company
2. Talk to NPC who exchange dungeon items for Company seals
3. When you exchange item with more than 1000 seals, it displays the number in US format (aka "," for thousand)
Example :

[20:40] Vous obtenez 1,829 sceaux du Maelstrom.

It should be (as in previous patches) :
[20:40] Vous obtenez 1 879 sceaux du Maelstrom.
