Patch 6.5 added MogStation items to the armoire. The Scion Rogue's set (Thancred's Heavensward set) was included, but the headpiece (Scion Rogue's Bandana) wasn't.

I think this is likely because the Scion Rogue Bandana is not a Mogstation item, but an MSQ quest reward that can be reobtained through the Calamity Salvager.
