Queue as multiple roles.

I'd like the option to either,
A: Queue up with multiple jobs of different roles, or
B: Queue up for a role(s) then select eligible jobs.

Anything that would allow people to fill multiple roles during Queue to increase the speed would be great.

The "In Need" bonus tends to cause low pop queues to get stuffed full of that one thing so parties don't form, so this could replace that with simply giving you more for queueing in roulettes as multiple possible roles.

And if you need a particular dungeon for a quest or non-equipment loot it'd be a lot better on your queue times to just be available as anything for it.

I'd love a 'Fill' or 'Flex' option. Especially if it meant always getting an adventurer-in-need bonus.

I'd also love an option to just accept the queue and have the game automatically change me to the appropriate job while transitioning.

Lord knows how many queues I've missed because I was stuck in combat or in a cutscene.

The problem is we have multiple jobs per role - the game wouldn't know which to use if you had multiple unlocked.

I could also see the game just switching your weapon and job stone, leaving everyone naked at the entrance.

While we're on the topic, let me queue for multiple roulettes at a time too.

I second this. This is some stuff I wonder why it hasn't been introduced yet. It can't be that difficult.
