Garlond GL-IS Scaling?

I'm unsure if it's intended, but I rechecked on a different race. This motorcycle is not scaling well to character sizes. Is it meant to be a miniature moped? On the smaller races, it looks fine, like a motorcycle. But, on my AuRa, it seems weird. Is this intentional?

Yes, multi-person mounts don't scale.
