[Bug?] Achievement/s suddently not tracking contributions toward goal (Rival Wings)

Problem/Bug:
The two achievements:
- Out of Hiding
- Die Another Day III

have both stopped counting contributions toward their completion suddenly, out of nowhere?

Information/Steps:
Tonight, I signed in to put in some hours on PVP achievements, and I always make a habit to check any in-progress achievements + what Frontlines are happening that day, as well as my tomestones/marks amount (to make sure I'm not capped). It helps keep me on task.

Since both achievements share the same criteria, was at 67/100 for both before I entered the queue. My teams were playing really well, and we won 3 games in a row.

However, upon checking my achievement progress, I was still at 67/100.

Meanwhile, I HAD received the requisite tomestone rewards: I'd started at 141, I'm now at 171 Pageantry. I even took an endcard screenshot (w/ timestamps) to show to a friend because I'd hit a personal kill/damage milestone.

I tried quitting to desktop, in case it was a momentary UI bug, signed back in, and it was still the same. I Submitted an in-game bug report, and I'm also submitting one here, in case this is something other people are experiencing. Very strange.
