Maybe some people feel like if their opinion is shared by a popular streamer, it somehow validates or "proves right" that opinion? Sort of like "Well, maybe you'll listen if THEY say it." Or, it could simply be that they think the streamer communicated the ideas well and with clarity.

I get annoyed by the constant negativity on these forums, mainly because there are multiple threads just making the same complaints over and over, every single day, and they involve long rants, and half the people posting them are trolls. I will say though, even if we're poking a bit of fun at the Zepla threads here, I think her videos were actually quite good and understandable. Plus, at least I can trust that she really means what she says and isn't just a random hater. It would be nice to see some form of "midcore" content, but there basically just... isn't any.
