Still stuck in Data Center Travel with 505 Error

Still get stuck with 505 Error,
It seems even not able to choose to create other characters since Data Center Travel is not completed.

As listed in announcement, does it need take days for fixing it?

It seems a bit different in JP ver, impact time ranges seems much longer...

Update: The issue seems fixed on PST 23:00, since this issue is case by case, need to use Companion Apps to check the states for characters .
