Powdered Sugar

It seems like Powdered sugar is only from seasonal events. It'd be nice if there could be a recipe for it as well...

It is indeed only for seasonal events, and only used to make seasonal items. Why did you want some?

I wanted to make some heart chocolates and give them to friends in-game. Wanted it to be a surprise since I didn't have Culinary levelled. Now I can't... and the surprise is spoiled if they read the forums!
