Achievements Progress Reset and 2.0?

I saw the post about how most Quest's progress will be reset come 2.0 (with the exception of Relic), but I don't remember seeing mention of Achievements.

There are several achievements that people are spending a considerable amount of time on, like Luminary and Battle count. It would be a shame for all that effort to be wasted.

So, Achievements....reset, or no?

There has not been any mention of Achievement progress reset.

There progress is "simple" metrics tracking that is part of our character data.

Achievements don't reset.

However, I don't believe we know if some achievements will become unobtainable in 2.0.

Anything could happen, with the new map design ect.

They stated any achievements related to 7th Umbral era (and most likely aether points) won't be obtainable in 2.0.

can you give an example of a 7th umbral era related achievement. I have no idea which could they be XD

Any of the current GC storyline, anything pertaining to Dalamund. This will include the current primal fights since they are changing coming 2.0.
