Typo in Active Help for Expert Delivery Missions

The second page of this Active Help popup states "If you wish to make a donation, speak to a Grand Company quartermaster to complete the delivery." But all deliveries, Expert and otherwise, are made to the Personnel Officer, not the Quartermaster. I don't know if possibly this used to be correct but the deliveries were moved from one NPC to the other at some point, but it's been the Personnel Officer for as long as I've been playing, since August 2021.
