ive done all of the GC quests up to storm lieutenant (all of the ones from the GC HQ and a few outside of it) and i havent seen this anywhere

me too haven't done this quest before.. is it for DoL/DoH?

It's part of the Twin Adder line I believe, each one has their own exclusive cutscenes in the later missions.

Its from a quest called "Like father, Like son", GC quest If I remember. Sorry for the spoilers btw, OP edited.
