I am looking at available lots but it is restricted to just FC bids. Unavailable to private buyers.
Why? Should not all lots be available to everyone?:confused:

Some wards are designated FC only, some are personal only, some are mixed.

09-03-2023, 12:30 AMAyan_CalvesseTo answer the Why - I suspect its to provide solo players the option to getting housing without having to compete with FCs; because a FC can place multiple bids on the same lot so essentially placing your 1 solo bid against 6 people who all intend to share the house puts you at a distinct statistical disadvantage. This is probably also why the "private only" lots are fewer as generally a group of people sharing a lot is more space/resource efficient.Quote:
