10th Anniversary Mosaic Art Sweepstakes (THE “PROMOTION”) OFFICIAL RULES

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• South America, North America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and Asia excluding Japan, China, Mongolia, Republic of Korea, Taiwan, Laos, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, the Philippines, Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, Macao, and wherever prohibited by law.

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between August 25, 2023, at 12:00 a.m. PDT / 8:00 BST and September 11, 2023, at 7:59 a.m. PDT / 15:59 BST (the “Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

• Log into and complete the online form using the following link (https://sqex.to/wVMOf) and fill in the below required information:
  • Home World of the character who wants to receive the in-game reward
  • Character name of the character who wants to receive the in-game reward
  • Lodestone “My character” page URL for the above character

  • Select the Prize you want
  • Post one (1) screenshot of the character (the “Entry”) fulfilling the below two conditions:
    1. Photographed according to the theme of "Reflecting on my time in FFXIV", with your own character in the picture.
    2. Your screenshot should fulfill the following requirements:
    • Image Resolution: 1920x1080 pixels or larger
    • Aspect Ratio: Must be 16:9
    • Image Format: Either .jpg or .png image file format.
    • Maximum File Size: 5MB per image

* If you wish to submit a screenshot of yourself with another character, please obtain prior approval before submitting the screenshot.
* Each entrant may submit as many screenshots as they wish, but no more than four screenshots may be attached to a single entry.
* When creating the mosaic art, we may adjust the screenshot by adding a light color over it.

Notwithstanding the terms in the Additional Rules, by entering into the Promotion, participants agree to provide Sponsor, their affiliate companies, agents, designees and licensees a free, non-exclusive, perpetual, fully assignable and sublicensable license to any intellectual property in the Entry created by you to reproduce, adapt, communicate to the public, edit, publish, broadcast, distribute, publicly perform or display, and otherwise use and exploit your Entry throughout the world for the purpose of creating derivative artwork and marketing materials related to FINAL FANTASY XIV.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select twenty thousand (20,000) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, shall select winners through a random drawing from among all qualifying entries.

Sponsor shall select the winners around late November 2023.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive one (1) of the following in-game prize:

• One (1) Bluebird Earring
• One (1) Gaelicap
• One (1) Modern Aesthetics – Strife
• One (1) Noble Barding

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by November 30, 2023, via the in-game moogle delivery service.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix Limited.

J. Other Details:

• Entries from users of suspended FINAL FANTASY XIV accounts or Free Trial accounts will not be counted.
• Prizes will be delivered to the character name used with your submission and cannot be delivered to a different character.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.

REGLAS PRINCIPALES

A.   • Seleccione el Premio que quiere.
  • Publique una (1) captura de pantalla del personaje (la “Inscripción”) cumpliendo las siguientes dos condiciones:
    1. Su propio personaje debe aparecer en una fotografía con la temática "Reflexionando sobre mi tiempo en FFXIV".
    2. La imagen debe de cumplir los siguientes requisitos
    • Resolución de imagen: 1920x1080 píxeles o mayor
    • La relación de aspecto debe ser 16:9
    • Formato de imagen: formato jpg o png
    • Tamaño de archivo máximo: 5MB por imagen

*Si desea enviar una captura de pantalla de usted mismo con otro personaje, asegúrese de contar con su permiso antes de enviar la captura.
*Cada participante puede enviar tantas capturas como desee, pero solo es posible adjuntar un máximo de cuatro a una inscripción individual.
*Al crear el arte del mosaico, podemos ajustar la captura de pantalla añadiendo un color claro sobre ella.

No obstante lo dispuesto en las Reglas Adicionales, al inscribirse en la Promoción, los participantes le conceden al Patrocinador, sus empresas afiliadas, agentes y licenciatarios una licencia gratuita, no exclusiva, a perpetuidad, totalmente asignable y transferible de la propiedad intelectual creada por usted en la Inscripción para reproducir, adaptar, comunicar al público, editar, publicar, transmitir, distribuir, representar o mostrar en público y utilizar su Inscripción de cualquier otra forma en el mundo con el objetivo de crear obras derivadas y materiales de marketing relacionados con FINAL FANTASY XIV.


F. Selección de los ganadores: El Patrocinador (detallado a continuación) o su designado, seleccionará veinte mil (20 000) ganadores entre todas las inscripciones usando la metodología descrita a continuación:

• Los premios se enviarán al personaje introducido en la inscripción y no es posible enviarlos a un personaje distinto.
