Steps:
1. Go into a dungeon synced that you can use Thrill of Battle in, I used Brayflox's Longstop.
2. Use Thrill of Battle.
3. Thrill of Battle shows and HP is shown as boosted but the tooltip for 'enhanced' from level 78 is placed in the buff despite being level 34.
