Eureka Orthos needs lower latency

Eureka Orthos has plenty of one shot kill mechanics. Back in the 2.X era they gave Extremes access to lower latency servers due to Titan EX one shotting people even after they moved out of something. This made the fight way better as a result.

With all the one shot mechanics this deep dungeon has I would argue the experience playing it would be a lot better if it were given access to the same low latency the Extremes get.

I haven't run into latency problems in it myself. I have another bone to pick with it, though. I hate that after a point, you NEED a fixed party.
