The only way to get them right now seems to be running coils synced.
So maybe just put them in the chests ; or if you want to keep some rarity add them to Eureka Orthos sacks drops ?

...so what's stopping you from doing it synced? You can even take Blue Mages with you to make things easier and you will still be at item level 135 and you have +30% echo.
