Eureka exp change
I simply propose the idea to give a party full exp regardless of peoples ranks.
Now Im going to give my reasoning for this. Solo play sucks in content like this. Most of the community wont touch eureka we all know this.
Now if somebody is new to the content and all there friends are max rank they cant really play with there friends in the content. I think this change will help alleviate the daunting grind that there forced to face. That is off putting from people even entering eureka for longer than an hour.
Personally it took me 4 attempts to go into eureka to even bother deciding I will clear the first zone/ I have many friends who feel a similar way that wont enter because they cant party with me

I agree. I remember asking friends if I could join them in Eureka a few times, but each time they were too high level and I would just have been a liability. The only way for me not to have to do it alone is with someone's alt. It's extremely frustrating.

I'm guessing this probably isn't the answer you're looking for, but you can play together even when you're not in the same party. I personally enjoy doing some old-school power-leveling with lower-level friends: you take your max-level character and hang out with the lower level character while not in the same party, healing them as they take on chains of enemies that they otherwise wouldn't be able to solo (note: do not attack their enemies, that tanks the EXP). They'll get great EXP just from that, which isn't even accounting for the Challenge Log. And it's great for a bit of that old-school flavor that Eureka is trying to create.

I helped my friends by spawning NMs by myself and then we could do them together thanks to level synch.
When they are at least level 20 you can do the weekly challenge log together in Anemos, since everyone is capped at level 20 there.
But yes, the system could be a lot better.

I doubt SE is going to adjust old content like Eureka. I helped a friend of mine all the way from Pyros to the start of Hydatos by not being in a party with them and letting them get some tank actions and heal them. It's tedious work but I had alot of fun with my friend, I don't think everyone would go that far for someone. I was helped this way by a friend too. When I used to run Eureka alot, whenever I saw low level players in the instance I'd go around popping NMs for them/offering taxi rides/res.
I'm sorry that your friends didn't wish to go that extra mile or perhaps they didn't know :(

I just had some fc mate to level there, while i triggered most the Anemos fates for him while we was doin log... it just sucks, at this point remove the level penalty and call it a day.

They just need to implement the level sync feature from FF11

I am glad bozja is a better iteration of this... Hopefully the next field operation is more like bozja. It sucks to not have a friend to help me out
