Zodia Weapon Quest - (Trials of the Brave) Book of Skyfall I enemy not registering.

Issue has been resolved. I don't know how or why, but when I checked again a few moments ago, the mobs that I spent killing all of last night have suddenly been marked and function for the book.

I have been going back to complete my old Zodiac Weapon quest but am stuck on the Book of Skyfall I. The enemy: 2nd Cohort equites. is not showing up and the enemy suggested by the wiki does not work. I even went all over the rest of the map to make sure, no luck.
