I been gone since last year. I always used this. I can't get it to just give me a macro anymore?

It can only supply a macro if a user in the Teamcraft community has submitted one for the same difficulty as the recipe you're attempting. Considering you're entering your Craftsmanship as 89, I'm guessing you're trying to get a macro for a very low level recipe and it's unlikely anyone has bother to submit one.
