GM Ticket already created, here to provide "Feedback"

I'm absolutely livid with this service, I cannot and refuse to believe that refunding tomestone's would take almost a whole week and yet here I am, day 5 of waiting for "A GM to reach out to me to further assist me" after I completed all the steps the support team has asked me to complete.

Why is this taking so long to fulfill? Either give me my tomestones or return the items YOUR TEAM ASKED ME TO DELETE.

"Please accept our apologies for any concern caused by the delay, we greatly appreciate your patience during the process. Please know that the request for your Allagan Tomestones of Causality has been received and is still in process. A GM will contact you as soon as they are available." Right, when?

Fantastic, the support team has determined that I wanted to close my ticket instead and didn't refund me the items. Essentially I'm out 3k tomestones for even asking for assistance. Absolutely the worst service.
