Paths Outside Ul'dah

It's been there for a long time, but I've always wanted to express my curiosity in the map-labels of the two roads around Black Brush.

The East-West path is labelled "Royal Sunway", whereas the North-West path is labelled "Royal Starway". However, the Eorzean labels on the actual map include "Allagan" in between the two words. Thus, this means that the paths should be correctly labelled "Royal Allagan Sunway" and "Royal Allagan Starway". Is the omission done on purpose to neglect the middle word, or has it been long-forgotten?

The allaghan civilization has been lost to time, but Dalamud is supposeed to be a MAJOR representation of the height of their culture.

I'm sure when we learn more about the allaghan empire, we will begin to see patterns emerge.

Why I'm so convinced:

A rep mentioned a couple months back about a special pilgrimage paladins used to travel in ancient times, and listed a number of locations in la noscea marked on maps (Each has the name "Lymlean" in it), but only in Eorzean script. Including the overworld, Cassiopeia Hollow, Shposhae etc. Only a few of the listed places are in maps weve never seen, but the events in 1.23 may bring new light to lost and ancient practices, technologies...magicks...weapons...curses etc etc

Could you highlight your sources on this? I'm very interested in looking into this myself, being from an RP server it might make for good RPs.
