Does it fix the issue of some hamlets being insanly impossible to ge seals? Like running 5 hamlets at 67k in hyrstmil and never a single seal.

also, that is hardly an issue, i call it "bad luck"
My buddy ran 120 runs with a 65K chest each run and got 1 seal. He didn't say if seals dropped to others but 120 runs is pretty insane, glad I didnt jump on the relic wagon.
I hope he doesn't see these posts he might jump off a bridge
heh ours hasnt been quiet this bad, aleport...is stupidly easy, like 50% of our seals are from it. hyrstmil seems to be the worst for getting seals. It just seems a bit excesive if you have a LS trying to get 9 for everyone.
I understand they want this for most people not to get.. but 210 runs to get 9 Seals? is a bit much.. :/
That's Roughly 52 Hours
3,150 Minutes
189,000 Seconds

For 9 people...
Seals are not hard to get. If you are a top 3, you get one 80% of the times.
However, if you're not - you just need luck I guess.
I've done 35 runs in each hamlet (so roughly 100 runs) and only got 1 seal from Golden Bazaar. And it didn't even drop to me.
And I spent 12 hours doing hyrstmill yesterday and we got 9 seals (without a top 3), not to me either.
It is frustrating to see ppl getting them and you spending as much time or more and not getting them, but I guess it's just bad luck really. If you dont wanna get to top 3 or dont have the means too, you either hope for one stroke of luck, or work your crafters gatherers for it.
But I do hate this "luck" system the devs are so fond of. And it would be so easily solved with a point exchange system. Like saving your score for each run of hamlet to a total and be able to exchange those points for the militia gear or seals. Even if they cost 1M points and you get 60k each run.
What's so frustrating about this is that I've run so much hamlet. Know it inside out. And after these 100 runs, I have nothing to prove I evolved, that I've done it so many times. There's no progression, only luck.
