Ingame suggestion: Housing sound toggle

This is a thing a lot of my FC members and me share.

When we're housing and trying to make a themed room, like a spa, it involves the indoor waterfall and showers. Using the showers or waterfall partition for rain in a window also is a popular thing. BUT... as soon as you use more than one, it becomes quite deafeling.
It would be nice to be able to toggle the sound on those items.
Much like turning the item on or off, like the allagan terminals and the showers or lights being turned on and off, give the option to toggle it off or on.
This way we don't mute ALL the sound effects, but the ones that grow quite harrowing can be tuned down.
