Garlond GL-IS pricing: how is no one talking about this?

We're talking about a slightly faster 2-seater mount that costs 32€.

The previous mount to have the speed boost was SDS Fenrir, which costs 24€. Does that extra seat really warrant the additional 8€ cost? If so, then why does the 8-seater Lunar Whale only cost 33€? What kind of alien logic does the price ramp use here?

We have threads talking about this on this very forum.

Reddit has been on fire even the mods have to step out and request people to stop filing report against people who criticise the game regarding cash shop items.

I've actually seen a lot of Twitter posts of people being outraged by the price actually

Bold of you to assume I can afford to throw away $37 USD on a virtual bicycle.

Once again, someone who probably doesn't purchase anything from the cash shop is complaining about an item that they either (a) can't afford or (b) would never purchase in the first place.

It's obvious that the price of bits and bytes has increased over the last decade. I blame inflation.

I can. I'm just never going to. Maybe if Alpha was replaced by whichever minion you had out at the time of summoning the mount and slash the price at least by 60% maybe it'd be worth it, at least for me. Until then I'm sticking with my Regalia and Landerwaffe.

I would suggest taking a look at a person's mount list before making baseless assumptions. If you *had* looked at it, you would've noticed that it has a lot of cash shop stuff in it. If its pricing seems reasonable, I buy it.

This damn bike is not reasonable in its pricing, and trying to justify it with inflation is ridiculous. If it was inflation, then why aren't all the mounts equally overpriced?

It's not even slightly faster.
It just has the first mountspeed unlocked without the player needing to do it. But if the player does do it, there's no advantage left over. Same deal with the SDS Fenrir. It moves at the same speed as all the other mounts you have.
