Shishu Bujin Hitatare issues

I didn't flag this as a bug report because I suppose the outfit is "working as intended".
I did notice 2 issues that make no sense:

1) Shishu Bujin Hitatare sleeves have pointy elbows, this is an issue with only this specific glamour. Other similarly sized sleeves like the Yanxian Merchant Haori are fine.
2) Shishu Bujin Hitatare hides the necklace slot, I'm not sure why this was a design choice for this piece, but it shouldn't hide necklaces.
