chat command for countdown does not show remaining seconds in chat window since 6.45

Area and coordinates: everywhere. cities, player houses, dungeons, raids

Plattforms confirmed with our static: Windows, Steam and Playstation 4
Client languages confirmed with our static: German and English

Steps:
1. use the /cd oder /countdown command with (for example) 16 seconds
2. see the text display in chat with "Battle commencing in 16 seconds!"
3. see the popup in the middle of the screen with 10 seconds but nothing in chat
4. see the popup in the middle of the screen with 5 seconds but nothing in chat
5. see the text display in chat with "Engage!"

BUT if we start the countdown through the menu it looks like this

1. use the menu to start a countdown with (for example) 16 seconds
2. get the text display in chat with "Battle commencing in 16 seconds!"
3. get the text display in chat with "Battle commencing in 10 seconds!"
4. get the text display in chat with "Battle commencing in 5 seconds!"
5. get the text display in chat with "Engage!"

It seems like there is a display problem with the text if you or someone else starts the countdown with the / command since it works completely normal if you do it via menu.

The issue is the same as past issues reported in 2017 and 2019, so i link the reports here and add the image again.

We were able to use the command last thursday (July 13th) without any troubles so it looks like that bug came back with 6.45.
