Free 30day subscription from Endwalker not applied

Hi I bought a 30 day subscription on the 7th July. I then decided to buy the Endwalker expansion today and the 30 day subscription that comes with Endwalker was not applied to my account and I only have 24 days remaining.
Is there something extra I need to do to have those 30days added?

Expansions do not include free subscription time.
