Attempting to submit a report via in-game means results in a crash

Steps:
I was requested by the support team to submit a bug report follow-up via in game means as a result of my previous report, however following these steps results in a crash
1. Write up a report using the in-game contact us features
2. Submit report
3. Observe crash with the following message:
"An Unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV. 2023-06-14_12:25

Disabling DX11 on launch results in an immediate crash.

I am unsure with how to proceed with giving the support team the follow-up information they have requested in light of this, and I apologise for submitting so many reports in such a short time.
