Details:
The ability description for Celestial Intersection mentions an "Additional Sect Effect" which erects a magicked barrier upon activation; however, the barrier is applied regardless of whether Neutral Sect is active or not.

Furthermore, since the Japanese description has this effect listed as 追加効果 ("Additional Effect"), I believe the "Sect" in the English description is extraneous.

詳細：
英語版において「星天交差」の詳細テキストに対象にバリアを張るという効果が「Additional Sect Effect」（追加セクト効果）として表記されていますが、挙動としてはニュートラルセクト効果の有無問わずバリアは張られます。
また、日本語版のテキストではこの効果は「追加効果」として表記されているため、英語版も「Additional Sect Effect」ではなく「Additional Effect」が正しいかと思われます。
