Lodestone showing incorrect character information

I originally posted this in the technical support page but was told to post it here instead.

Steps:

I transferred servers from Omega (Chaos) to Tonberry (Elemental) roughly around early 2022 (I don’t remember the exact time/date) but my character has not been updated since then with any updated information including class/levels as well as race. When logging into Mogstation it also seems like that a duplicate character is shown both of which have the same name but one is updated and the other one is the outdated character, clicking on any will still link to the same outdated Lodestone page.
