Streaming/other applications freeze when clicked into FFXIV

I've never had this issue before untill the most recent patch I believe.

For example, I might be streaming the game on discord, and the moment I click into the game it freezes the stream. Same if I'm watching a show from a streaming site (not on a browser but separate application), the moment I click back into FFXIV it freezes and its unwatchable.

I've tested both streaming and watching a stream with other applications, it only breaks when clicking into FFXIV, any idea what I could do to stop this from happening? I've tested with setting application priority listings but so far no help. Can't rly come up with anything to try. Plz help!

What Platform are you using? (Steam/Windows/Mac/PS4 etc.)
Does the issue occur with one character or multiple characters?
At what point does the issue occur?
How often does the issue occur?
Could you provide the exact error message received?
Are you running any addition programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?

Is the PC over heating at all?
Does this issue occur if the game is run in full screen mode? Does it happen in borderless or windowed mode?

All steps taken to resolve the issue:

Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.
