this email is not mine
basically because someone got mass reported maliciously does that mean they are at fault?
why does the email threaten the person being reported, despite them not having broken a single rule in the ToS?

Hesitant as I am to say it, I do feel that more context is needed here.

Looks fake, the GMs start with a warning typically and don't contact you for shit like this

Sounds like he was purposely being annoying/trolly and got reported by a ton of people. Also, it looks like simply a warning, "stop being annoying".

Ask for a screenshot of the the full email, inc., the sender. Seems sus otherwise.

Let's be real "Duty contents" is just them opening a drop-down and selecting it from a list

"We've received significant amount of reports, we didn't bother checking whether they're justified or not, but either way, pls be nice."

It's either fake, or whatever authority sent that is just borderline incompetent.
